Is it alright to make Pocket Princess icons, understanding that I would credit and link back to you of course?
Hey there :) Other people may wonder this too, which is why I’m replying publicly
Making the odd icon for your own personal use(with credit as your describe) is just peachy.
Making big batches of them and posting them with ‘hey everyone have some icons!’ is not reeeally something I’m comfortable with.
Just making the distinction there. ;)
2013 Convention Schedule (so far) and an apology
Amy Mebberson and I are gearing up for another busy convention schedule. You will be able to see us at…
Emerald City Comic Con, March 1-3
Wondercon, March 29-31
C2E2, April 26-28
San Diego Comic Con International, July 18-21
D23 Expo, August 9-11
New York Comic Con, October 10-13
Amy will also be riding solo at the Granite State Comic Con, September 28-29
You may notice that missing from the list is the previously announced Megacon. Unfortunately we have had to pull out from that show due to work conflicts and a gator misunderstanding. We may be in Orlando for another event in June. Check back here for updates.
If you were planning to grab a commission or a sketchbook from me at that show, email me here and mention Megacon and I will make sure you are taken care of.
Also, check back here about 3 weeks before each one of the above cons for news regarding pre-orders and schedules. We have a new company that we are working with (more on that soon) so our convention workings may be different this year.
Otherwise we hope to see you and try your finest dairy products soon.

More paint practice: clockwise from top left: Acrylic, gouache, acrylic ink wash, acrylic ink undiluted.
(I did these before the Vanellope picture, so things are a little more unrefined here.)
(BTW, I finally got comments enabled properly here and on thingsamylikes. My stupid mistake in setup. ;p)
posting without a source is unfortunately pretty common, but it doesn’t have to be. with a few minutes of hunting, you can make sure the artists you like get credit for their work! :) hope this is helpful.
It’s not hard folks.
-Do not erase the source from posts
-Don’t post anything you don’t know the source of
-Don’t reblog art that does not have a proper source linked to it
-If you must post sourceless art, please be generous and hunt for its source.
